Every evaluator agrees to uphold these principles on every assignment.

  1. 1Observe only — never use hidden recording, photography or surveillance devices.
  2. 2Follow the assigned scenario precisely and honestly.
  3. 3Keep your evaluator identity and assignment details strictly confidential.
  4. 4Report accurately and objectively, based only on what you actually observed.
  5. 5Complete and submit your report promptly after each assignment.
  6. 6Do not accept assignments where you have a conflict of interest.
  7. 7Respect the privacy and dignity of every staff member and customer you encounter.
  8. 8Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations at all times.
