Quality assurance
Quality assurance at every stage
The credibility of every programme rests on the quality of its evidence. We engineer quality into every stage — from evaluator selection through to the final report — so the decisions you make on our data are decisions you can defend.
Evaluator selection
Evaluators are matched to each brief by language, demographic profile and sector experience, and screened before assignment. A luxury boutique is not assessed by the same profile as a quick-service restaurant, and an Arabic-speaking government service touchpoint is not assessed by a non-Arabic evaluator. Matching quality is the single biggest driver of credible evidence.
Scenario briefing
Every evaluator is briefed on the specific scenario, scoring criteria and evidence requirements before each assignment. Briefings cover the service standards being measured, the behaviours that distinguish a pass from a fail, the evidence to capture, and the compliance boundaries — what may and may not be done during an evaluation.
Submission review
Every submission is reviewed for completeness, consistency and evidence quality before it reaches the client. Our reviewers check that scores align with evidence, that narrative comments are specific and factual, and that the submission is free of ambiguity or contradiction. Submissions that fail review are returned for clarification or re-run.
Scoring calibration
Scoring is calibrated across evaluators and locations to ensure fair, comparable benchmarks. We use calibration exercises, paired evaluations and statistical checks to detect evaluator bias or drift, so a score of 85 in Dubai means the same thing as an 85 in Abu Dhabi.
Evidence integrity
Evidence is captured in a structured format with timestamps, location and a documented chain of handling. Where photographic or receipt evidence is part of the brief, it is stored securely and linked to the finding it supports — never shared outside the authorised client team.
Continuous improvement
Evaluator performance is monitored over time, with feedback and retraining where needed. Evaluators who consistently produce high-quality evidence are retained and prioritised; those who do not are rotated out. This keeps the quality of your evidence improving cycle over cycle.
