Frequently asked questions

What is aftersales mystery shopping?

It is the evaluation of the service and repair experience at a dealership or workshop, from booking to vehicle handover, carried out by evaluators who bring in real cars as ordinary customers.

Do evaluators need their own cars?

Usually yes. Evaluators with suitable vehicles book a real service, so the experience is genuine. Some programmes use telephone and WhatsApp scenarios for booking and quotes only.

How often should service centres be evaluated?

Quarterly evaluations per service centre are common, with monthly telephone checks on booking and quoting.
